Hi!
I am Mary Peterson. I am currently taking classes at Rock Valley College to aquire my Associates of Arts degree AND my Graphics Arts degree. I enjoy working with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign programs to enhance and/or create new projects.
I have been married since 1985 and I have two young adult children – both currently enrolled in college too. They inspired me to go back to college after a very long absence! I am the youngest of seven children and I enjoy taking pictures (though some family members get a bit frustrated by this fact).
I have worked for Northern Illinois Tourism since 2000, currently as Administrative Assistant. My duties include many things, but what I enjoy the most is creating magazine ads to be placed in the American Road Magazine. I plan to finish my education and continue working where I can use the skills that I learned in school!
