For my Advanced Illustrator class, we were required to complete a intensive technical drawing. This project took many weeks to complete and started with my husband generously letting me take one of his original Game Boys apart. Each piece of the Game Boy was dismantled as much as possible and then rendered in Illustrator. Special attention was paid to keeping the angles and perspective the same on each piece. My favorite part is the transparency of the screen, allowing the next piece to be seen through it. As a thank you to my husband’s generosity, I framed a copy of this project and it now hangs in our home.
