This die cut brochure was a project for one of my Desktop Publishing classes. I am a huge fan of Frank Lloyd Wright and love to focus on the awesome place in the city I live in (Rockford, IL). The obvious choice was to make a brochure for the Laurent House, a Frank Lloyd Wright designed house that has been turned into a museum – and happens to be right down the street from my house! The die cut is set up to highlight the classic Wright light style, keeping the outside of the brochure very simple and graphic. Once the brochure is open, however, it explodes with full-color photographs of this beautiful house!
